I believe the metal mount frame was far after creation of the papyrus painted art
Inherited piece. Has been in the family since at least early to mid 1900s

Old painting on papyrus. And mounted on heavy metal frame. Looks glued on. No clue if it's made mid century or earlier
It appears to be pretty old though . I do know I grew up seeing it on our wall from the 90s and grandpa passed it down to me early 2000s. Told by various family members it's been in family since early 1900s
